Dear Steve,

I know we had delays by subcontractors which caused some anxious moments, however I wanted to take just a minute to express our satisfaction with our gym construction project and especially with your on site foreman Danny Ward.  Danny did a remarkable job juggling his responsibility to JCD&M and at the same time required subcontractors do quality work and gave us the client a real sense of security that we would get exactly what the contract called for.  He is a real valuable asset to JCD&M and I would be more that happy to give any recommendation I could for Danny or JCD&M.
