Dear Steve:

This is a follow-up to our conversation of Tuesday, September 12th.  As you will recall, I mentioned to you that there had been a problem with at least one of our air conditioning units in Anderson, and that Advance Climate Control checked the equipment and told us that the air conditioners were not working because the filters were clogged with construction debris.  When I told you that they intended to send us a bill for the service charge, you told me to forward it to you.  I have received their invoice, No. S07733, in the amount of $132.00.  I understood from you that they should have performed a final check of the equipment, at which point they would have caught that potential problem.  I very much appreciate you handling this situation on our behalf.

On another note;  it has been an absolute pleasure to work with you and the other members of your staff as we designed and constructed two facilities that will be used to prepare economically disadvantaged children for public education.

Steve, I must share with you that the cooperation we received from every member of your staff goes well beyond what we would have expected.  Your quality of work is second to none.  Furthermore, you can't believe just how important it is to our Board that the buildings will both come in under budget.  Yours is a first class operation and I hope that we will have the opportunity to work with you on future projects.
