Re:  Joplin Construction Design Management

On behalf of the Diamond R-IV School District, it is my pleasure to write a letter of reference regarding the services rendered by Joplin Construction Design Management Company.  As the company title implies, there are several services that can be provided by the owner, Steve Smith.

Our district was introduced to J.C.D.M. as a general contractor who was responsible for the construction of our new high school three years ago.

As well as the new construction, in the past three years we have utilized all three facets of this company's services.  They were instrumental in assisting in the design process of a major renovation project we had done to our elementary facilities.  Just prior to that project, we also solicited Steve Smith's services to renovate our varsity gym.  Both these projects were performed through the construction management services of the company.

We just recently concluded a geothermal project in our elementary and middle school facility under the direct supervision of the construction management service.  I am confident that the R-IV District realized a considerable savings by electing to utilize this service in lieu of general contracting.

We are presently in the planning stage of another building project of considerable size.  Based on workmanship and services previously performed by Steve Smith and his company, I would highly recommend them for any type of construction or construction service.
